Ao longo de sua trajetória, que já soma 20 anos, constatou que pisava em um terreno “difícil”, contaminado por transações pouco transparentes e pela corrupção.
Viu, contudo, um desafio e uma oportunidade de fazer diferente, sempre pautado pelos princípios da ética e da honestidade.
A partir de então, além do trabalho com os atletas, combater a corrupção no futebol tornou-se para ele mais do que uma necessidade – tornou-se sua missão.
